Silm ICS 3.8 한글화 배경
Slim ICS라는 안드로이드Rom이 있습니다. 이 롬은 한글 지원을 하지 않습니다. (영어 포함 6개 언어 밖에 지원을 하지 않습니다.)
근데 이 롬이 딱 제가 원하던 롬입니다. 가볍고 잡다한거 없는 롬....
영어로 몇일 쓰다가 한글롬으로 쓰고 싶었습니다. 안드로이드 카페를 뒤져도 없고 몇 달을 기다려도 한글화가 안 올라옵니다.
예전에 기성용 선수가 K리그에 뛸 때 말했습니다.
'꼬우면 니가 뛰던지!'
네.
그래서 제가 몇일을 헤매며 직접 한글화 했습니다.
권고 사항
단순히 한글화 작업만 했기 때문에 기존 슬림롬 사용자는 달빅 캐쉬만 하시고 올리셔도 됩니다.
그 외 사용자분들은 풀와잎 하셔야 될껍니다.
버그가 있다면 롬 자체의 문제일 확률이 90%입니다.
Gapps는 기본 내장되어 있습니다. 근데 갤러리가 빠져있더군요. 그래서 저는 Gapps 플래싱해서 씁니다.
전화 어플 강종에 대해서
IMPORTANT NOTE: For all phone except Galaxy Nexus, if phone dialer FC's, d/l Phone app via UpdateME/ apps. Clear phone apk data and try. Problem solved.
갤럭시 넥서스를 제외한 모든 디바이스에서 강종현상이 일어나면 UpdateMe어플에서 Phone어플을 받아서 phone apk의 데이터를 지우시고 설치하시면 해결된다네요.
다른 방법으로는 LCD밀도를 240으로 바꿔서 해결했다는 분도 계십니다.

- framework-res.apk 한글화 (AOPK milestone5 파일 참조)
- Settings.apk 한글화 (AOPK milestone5 파일 참조)
- SlimSettings.apk 한글화 (AOKP_Milestone5 By Crusier Edition 파일 참조)
- Superuser 삭제 - Supersu 추가
- 기본 Apex launcher로 변경
- 반추 키보드 추가

설치 방법
1. 아래의 다운로드 링크에서 Base_3.8_kr.zip 파일과 3.8_Maguro_Essentials_kr.zip 을 받아서 순서대로 플래싱합니다.
2. 설정 - 언어 및 키보드 로 가셔서 반츄키보드를 기본 키보드로 설정합니다.
3. 롬을 사용하시면 됩니다
* 다운로드 링크에 가시면 넥서스S용 도 있습니다. 넥스는 base올리고 crespo올리시면 됩니다.

SlimICS is a custom rom created by Krarvind
Latest Version : 3.8
Latest version app: 1.3.1 (update via Google Play)
OTA ( Over The Air) patch for all slim versions < 3.4 : OTA Patch
if you are on 3.4 or higher, OTA patch is built in, no need to flash that
IMPORTANT: FEATURE REQUESTS WILL BE IGNORED, MY BETA TESTERS WILL DO THAT DIRECTLY TO ME.
Key features:
- Fully built from AOSP sources with some cherry picks from CM and AOKP team,
- Easy to customize features (thanks to AOKP team) via ASS (Advanced Slim Settings)
- Common Base ROM - 60MB
- Device Essentials - ~20MB
- 5 languages ( en, fr, de, it and es. No new languages will be added)
- No GAPPS required, Gmail, Talk , Contacts and Calendar Sync already included, rest in removed addon zip file.
